Which email providers work?

Gmail today. You can add items from any other account by hand.

A return date looks wrong.

Open the item, tap the menu, and choose Edit details. Anything you set there overrides the store's policy. Please tell us too, so we can fix it for everyone.

How do I remove Covered's access to my email?

In the app, go to Settings and tap Disconnect Gmail. You can also remove it at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
