These terms apply when you use the Covered app and website. By using Covered you agree to them.
What Covered does
Covered finds purchases in your email and estimates return deadlines and warranty coverage using published store policies, typical manufacturer warranties, and the information in your receipts.
Information, not a guarantee
Store policies and warranties change and have exceptions, such as membership tiers, holiday windows, open-box items, and third-party sellers. Always confirm the deadline with the store or manufacturer before you rely on it. Covered is not responsible for a missed return, a denied claim, or any loss that comes from relying on the dates it shows.
Your account
You are responsible for the email account you connect and for keeping your device secure. You may disconnect at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't use Covered to access an email account you are not authorized to use, or to break the law or the terms of the email provider.
Not affiliated
Store and brand names are used only to identify them. Covered is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Gmail is a trademark of Google LLC.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under the Apple Media Services terms. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
No warranty
Covered is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Covered is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending use
You can stop using Covered at any time by deleting the app. We may update or discontinue the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Covered after a change means you accept it.
